NTPC Ltd, India’s largest integrated energy company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with National Sports Development Funds (NSDF) and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS) for the development of archery in India.

NTPC Ltd has been recognized as one of the “Top Organizations with Best Workplace Practices” at the Times Ascent Presents 21st Edition of ASIA PACIFIC HRM CONGRESS held on 20th September, 2022, at Bengaluru. The Award is endorsed by the CHRO Asia and the certification is provided by the World Federation of HR Professionals.

NTPC has been awarded for Excellence in Power Generation at PSU & Government Summit organised by Dun & Bradstreet held in New Delhi today.

New Delhi, October 1: NTPC group companies recorded a generation of 203.5 BU from April to September 2022, registering an increase of 15.1% from 176.8 BU generated in April to September 2021. The high generation growth indicates improved performance and an increase in demand for power in the current year.

The Country’s largest power generator- NTPC Ltd., with a present group installed capacity of more than 70 GW, declared unaudited financial results for Q2/H1 FY23 on 29 October 2022.
NTPC Group generated 204 Billion Units in H1 FY23 as compared to 177 Billion Units in H1 FY22, an increase of ~15%. NTPC’s standalone gross generation in H1 FY23 is 176 Billion Units as compared to 151 Billion Units in the corresponding previous period, registering an increase of ~16%.
NTPC Coal stations achieved a Plant Load Factor of 77.27% as against the National Average of 64.46% during H1 FY23.
