NTPC was bestowed the MOST ICONIC ORGANIZATION Award in the World Manufacturing Awards ceremony at Mumbai on 18.02.2023 organized by the World Manufacturing Congress. The award recognizes the leveraging of people practices and CSR initiatives for success and future readiness. Some of the key parameters assessed were Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Benefits and Recognition, Promoting and Managing Health at Workplace, CSR initiatives etc.
