NTPC baged five awards at the 5th Edition of CII Digital Transformation (DX) Awards hosted by the CII Tata Communication Centre for Digital Transformation on 26th September 2023.
NTPC was recognized in the following categories:
1. Most Innovative in Service Excellence Award- for Sanjeevani (System for medical treatment at empanelled hospitals)
2. Innovative in Employee Engagement Award- for online system of weekly planners in Performance Management System (PMS), a tool for continuous assessment and feedback
3. Innovative in Customer Experience Award- for Integrated Policy Portal
4. Other Innovations Award- for PRADIP (Pro Active and Digital Initiative to become Paperless)
5. Other Innovations Award- for Robotic Process Automation in Commercial Billing
