Scope of Project Management Services
NTPC offers comprehensive project management services, including:
- Establishing Integrated Project Management and oversee project execution and development.
- Preparation, Review & Monitoring of Master Network for the project.
- Review of Network for Procurement and Site Activities.
- Review of adequacy of resources.
- Preparation of exception report of client’s management
