NTPC Lara has been awarded with Safety Innovation Award 2023 in the safety innovation category by Safety & Quality Forum, India on 20th Safety Convention held on 11th September 2023. NTPC Lara, known for its best safety practices, is implementing various innovative safety practices to aware employees and contract labourer about possible threats to minimize near miss which may lead to any accident. The award was received by Shri Ratan Kumar, Sr Manager (Safety) from Shri Naveen Gulati, Member Traction & Rolling stock, Railway Board.
