The Grand Finale of the 32nd National Management Games (NMG) 2023 was organized on 16th September 2023, with participation from more than 100 teams from different corporates at pan-India level. NTPC Team comprising Shri Gaurav Srivastava, Senior Manager (Operation), Dadri Gas, Shri Chinnathambi G, Senior Manager (C&I Maint.), Rihand, and Shri Mukesh Yadav, Senior Manager (Operation), Rihand, emerged as the National Champions. Further, the team from Vallur comprising Shri Sree Rama Murthy Kora, DGM (Operation), Shri Yoginder Kumar J, Senior Manager (Operation), and Shri Ajay K, Senior Manager (C & I Maint- Boiler) emerged as the 2nd Runners Up. The performance of NTPC Teams in NMG 2023 bears testimony of NTPC’s HR practices.
