The 49th National Competition for Young Managers (NCYM) was held under the aegis of AIMA on 29th September 2023. NTPC Team from UFSC- Dadri, comprising Shri Qasim Anwar, DGM (Unified Fin-Employee Service Centre), Shri Vasu Goyal, Manager (Fin-Coml Fuel), and Ms. Apurva Lal Ranjan, Deputy Manager (Unified Fin-Employee Service Centre), emerged as Champions in the PSU Category. Furthermore, Ms. Swapnil Dixit, Senior Manager (Elect Maint), Barh, was awarded the title of Best Young Manager of the Year in the PSU Category. The performance of the NTPC Team in NCYM 2023 is a testament to NTPC’s 'People before PLF' people practices which provides the employees a platform to showcase their skills.
