NTPC has expanded the concept of Quality Circles beyond the project plants and corporate structures. In alignment with our firm belief that knowledge strengthens the community; over 30 quality circles are actively operating in identifying various community problems and providing viable solutions, in various villages near our stations.
QC members are given training on QC Techniques, communication skills and stage oration and encouraged to take part in state / national level QC competitions. QC teams from the village schools have done exceedingly well at the state and national level QC Conventions.
