UPL Pays Final Dividend to NTPC

Shri R.K.S. Gahlowt, CEO, Utility Powertech Limited (UPL) Joint Venture company of NTPC presented final dividend cheque of Rs. 4,50,00,000 for the year 2014-15, as NTPC share to Shri A.K. Jha, Chairman & Managing Director, NTPC. recently in New Delhi. Shri U.P. Pani, Director (HR), Shri Kulamani Biswal, Director (Finance), Shri D. Chakrabarty, ED (HR), Shri A.K. Rastogi, Company Secretary, Shri K. Sreekant, GM (Finance), Smt. Gitika Shiv, GM (HR-S) from NTPC and senior officials of UPL were present on the occasion.
