NTPC team came first at the National level in the 24th National Competition for Business Management Simulation Games known as National Management Games (NMG) organized by All India Management Association (AIMA) recently at Delhi. The award was given away by Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Hon'ble Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting during AIMA's 42nd National Management Convention organized at Delhi. The team was represented by Shri K.M Prashanth, Shri Ashish Aggarwal, Shri Gaurav Gulati and Shri Rakesh Arora.

The Competition was held in four regions i.e. Bhubaneshwar (East), Bengaluru (South), New Delhi (North), and Mumbai (West).The top two winners from each region competed at the National finals at Delhi .

This year, around 120 teams from across the country had participated in all the four regions from Public and Private sector companies.

NMG is a unique and one of the most awaited and prestigious annual events in Business Management Simulations organized by AIMA. It is an unique event for Corporate Managers to experience the thrill of managing business in a competitive mode where participants get exposed to the intricacies of managing a company with the focus on resource management, economic impact, operational challenges and customer's feedback.
